Voted in favor of allocating $1.994 billion towards public safety, including 182 new police officers and 33 firefighters to improve response times

$12.2 Million was secured for repairing 143 streets and upgrades.
$2.5 million was secured to fix street markings such as Babcock, Zarzamora, and Hillcrest.
+2,000 potholes fixed in District 7 to create safer & smoother commutes.
18 new stop signs through neighborhoods to combat speeding, plus 16 signs upgraded to flashing stop signs.
$2.3 Million dedicated to sidewalks in District 7, including 10 new sidewalks for neighbors who never had sidewalks before.

Proposed and implemented the Senior Assistance Program so seniors can get assisted in solving code violations instead of being penalized.

Successfully secured a $3.25 million grant for upgrades at Woodlawn Lake Park.
- This is the largest federal grant awarded to a single park in San Antonio’s history and will be matched for a total of $6.5 million for improvements.
Invested $1.7 million for O.P. Schnabel Park for:
- new restrooms,
- a bicycle skills course,
- a new trailhead
- plus a new perimeter path
Added shade structures at O.P. Schnabel and Jane Dubel.
